Accessibility Statement

This statement applies to the "TUM TerminologyHub" application. As a public body, the Technical University of Munich endeavours to make its web offerings accessible in accordance with the Bavarian Digital Administration Ordinance (BayDiV) in conjunction with the Bavarian Disability Equality Act (BayBGG) and Directive (EU) 2016/2102.

The application is largely compliant with the requirements of WCAG 2.1 (conformance level AA) and EN 301 549. Implemented features include keyboard operability, visible focus states, sufficient colour contrast, a semantic document structure, language annotations (lang attributes) and a responsive layout.

Individual content may not yet be fully accessible, for example embedded third-party documents as well as offerings in easy-to-read language and sign language, which are not yet available. Work to remedy this is ongoing.
