- The job titles "Professor", "Juniorprofessor", "Honorarprofessor", "Privatdozent" and "außerplanmäßiger Professor" are considered Hochschullehrer within the meaning of Art. 2(3)1 of the Bavarian Law on Academic Staff (BayHSchPG). Therefore, the term "professor" cannot be used to refer to this group indiscriminately.
